My family stayed in Scott's unit over New Years 2009. The unit is very well appointed and maintained. The Grand Summit's location is the best and their staff was beyond cooperative and helpful. Scott paid for the daily cleaning which was a nice bonus. I used Scott's reccommendation for discounted tickets at the outlet mall and saved a lot. I would recommend The Canyons and this rental.

Scott, We are having a wonderful time at the Grand Summit in your beautiful condo! We travel frequently and do not often find a place that has NOTHING to complain about! I can honestly say that we have found that place. Your kitchen is well stocked with all the necessities..plus more, the built-in shelving in all the closets makes unpacking a breeze, the extra vanity in the upstairs bath is a real bonus (especially with us all rushing to hit the slopes), and I have yet to find an uncomfortable bed, chair, or sofa in the entire unit! We visit Park City yearly and love the location of the GS. It is halfway between "old town" and all the newer shopping venues on the outskirts. We love the Redstone shopping area and who can resist at least one stop at the outlets! In Park City, we highly recommend the Blind Dog for dinner although most any place on Main Street will not disappoint. Thanks again for allowing us to stay at your special place. We will return!!!

The building had a small water problem on the morning of 8/10 so we had to shower in the spa, but otherwise everything was fine. My family of 4 had a great spring break week at the Horton's place. The Condo at Grand Summit is located steps from the gondola and has great amenities including a large pool with three spas. The Horton's were very professional and exceptionally responsive to questions and requests. When we come back we will be giving the Horton's a call.

The condo was beautiful and well-appointed and our clear, blue skies made for a lovely, summer vacation. Park City is perfect for a host of outdoor acitivites: mountain biking, hiking, hot air ballooning, white water rafting, etc. In addition, the Canyons has a great pool and spa. It's a terrific spot.

Our stay was excellent and the accomodations that we rented from Scott were perfect and spacious. The Grand Summit was a good location but the staff was not very informative. This is probably due to our stay was mid December and most of the staff had just started. We tried all the ski resorts and spent alot of time in downtown Park City. What a fun place for adults and kids.

Dear Scott and Mitzi, Thank you so much for letting us stay at your condo at the Grand Summit. Everything was perfect. The unit was spacious and very comfortable for our family of 7. The hotel and its staff were very accomodating, the service was excellent. And my children especially enjoyed the pool and hot tubs. They couldn't get enough. Our stay at the Canyons was during Sundance and that added another dimension of excitement to our vacation. We all had a great time. It was one of our best ski trips and we cant wait to do it again!  Driving up the entrance to the Canyons, we were in awe of the beauty of the mountains and the hotel. Imagine when we pulled up the bell hop not only took our luggage, lots of it too, they also took our groceries. The valet parked the car and we headed empty handed to a late lunch. Our stay was amazing. The staff was extremely accommodating and the mountain had enough terrain for our varied skier/board abilities. What could be better than walking out the door, riding all day and then lounging by the pool? We'll be back. Thanks.

We vacationed at the Horton's Palace the week of 3/3 - 3/10. We had a wonderful time. The accommodations were fantastic. We travel with a four year old and appreciated the convenience of walking out of the condo, putting her in ski school right at the Grand Summit, and getting onto the gondola early enough to beat the crowds. Location, location, location.The Horton's were very professional to work with, always responsive to our numerous e-mails. Read the information on their website. It has everything you need to know to enjoy the Canyons.We look forward to going back again next year.

What a great place! The Grand Summit is the most convenient accommodations at The Canyons. We spent the week after Christmas there. What a great place! Our suite, 539, was spacious and it was well appointed. It is a beautiful condo from its decor of soaring ceilings to granite tops, flat screen TV's and pillow top mattresses. It had its own hang out in the loft. Our teens really enjoyed it. Let me also mention its size. We travel skiing to some of the best places on earth and this unit is large enough that you have a place for everything and can retreat. I strongly recommend this accommodation.

We had a great time skiing at the Canyons over the holidays, and this condo was so nice to come home to at the end of the day! It is very spacious and comfortable. We loved being able to step out the door of the hotel and right onto the gondola. We will definitely be back!

Loved the condo. It was very spacious with lots of storage for ski stuff. Some of our friends were not as lucky at the GS. The condo is decorated great and very spacious. We have 3 small kids and had more than enough room. I love that the unit is so close to the elevator. Scott was a great help too in getting lift tickets and any information you need about your stay. This was our second visit to the Canyons and we will rent you unit again when we come back next year. The GS and the canyons is the place to be with kids skiing. It made everything so much easier and relaxing!Thanks for everything Scott and I highly recommend you and your unit to anyone.

Wonderful vacation. The condo was better than described...spacious, comfortable, very nicely decorated, and great location right at the Gondola. We went early in the season and the snow was still great, all types of runs (bear in mind a black here is a true black - unlike other resorts who designate what should be a blue as a black), no lift lines ever, and easy to get back to the condo to relax, take a nap, hit the hot tubs and pool or have a drink at the bar. Fantastic!

Our family stayed at unit 541 at the Grand Summit from Nov. 18-25, 2006. We planned to spend the week skiing and celebrate Thanksgiving by cooking our own meal in the condo. Although there were a few runs open. We had a lovely Thanksgiving Dinner. The condo comfortably sleeps 6. It will sleep 8-10 if there are some small children. We had all adults. The Grand Summit is a beautiful place. The service is wonderful. It's possible to have the condo completely serviced everyday if you choose or just get your towels exchanged, as we chose to do much of the time. It is nicely decorated, and well maintained. We will definitely stay there again!
